Horrible Experience. Don’t rent from anyone who uses this
This app is so unintuitive, clumsy and annoying, despite an elegant interface. Support is unresponsive. The support chat is with a lousy AI bot. When you do get a response, it will probably go to junk mail (never a good sign). I rather cancel my reservation than continue to use this app.Developer Response

This app does not function, just like their customer service. Beware, not a good service provider.Avoid if possible
The company motto is “Book an apartment, be treated like a hotel guest”. Laughable. Corporate VRBOs are bad enough in general but this is devoid of humanity. Ridiculous to have to download an app to deal with the rental. And “we typically respond in 2-3 minutes “???? I’ve been waiting 30 so far.
