This app is so unintuitive, clumsy and annoying, despite an elegant interface. Support is unresponsive. The support chat is with a lousy AI bot. When you do get a response, it will probably go to junk mail (never a good sign). I rather cancel my reservation than continue to use this app.Swingin' Siena
