  • I don’t recommend this app

    I am a conservative and was willing to support this app. I was hoping this would work but it doesn’t. I opened an IRA and deposited $20 and got an error. I deposited another $20 and and it never went into the Newley opened account. I texted support and they responded 3 days later asking for my name and email I used. I responded immediately and and got an extremely delayed response.

  • Disappointed

    As a Christian looking for a place where I trust is hard to find, this has turned out to not be that place. I have had nothing but issues since my initial visit - opened an account the system wouldn’t allow me to access- thinking I did something wrong, I tried again (mistake). Tried to reach support (never received any response) - assumed (another mistake) that the accounts were never opened! After almost a month I get a huge surprise (I now have 2 accounts) and Monorail has taken funds for my bank account for both accounts! This alone makes me nervous, they caused me an overdraft fee as I wasn’t paying attention to this! Now I finally get to support to fix this and all I’ve experienced is a runaround with no action! Then they automatically withdrew from my bank again and charged me a monthly fee, I’m beyond myself with this company who claims to be for Christian belief and service!

  • I’m patriotic but signing up is discouraging

    I’m patriotic but signing up is discouraging I read the reviews and sure enough I couldn’t get past the email or phone text verification. If a company can’t handle sign ups, it’s starting to showcase the future. I support you values but please don’t embarrass what you promise and promote. I never got through to sign up. You lost me. To apologize, no need, just fix your sign up glitch. please. What’s scary, is that you either get very positive reviews that seem plastic or paid with 5 stars or you get 1 start review with awful quality service of the technology. Not feeling secure or safe…. I’m glad the app showed its true faulty colors first hand. Lost customer.

  • Disappointed

    I jumped in with high hopes - going on 6 days and still can’t get acct activated - uploaded app - created account, added bank information - nothing to access trading! Finally day 5 - got ahold of tech support - told they don’t see my account or information - tech told me she would call at specific time - no call!

    Still want to try if I can get some help!

  • Can’t get my money back!

    I contacted Monorail when I noticed my deposits weren’t being made into my savings tracks any longer. They claimed that they are going through a change in business partners and have contacted all customers (never received anything.) I have since messaged multiple people and jumped through multiple hoops to get some of my money back. I have yet to receive the last $200+ and now no one will answer my messages through the app.

    Coming from Vimvest, a Christian company with honest business practices, I was forced to transition to Monorail, which has been nothing but a headache. At first Monorail managed my account, although I saw ZERO growth during the entire time I was with Monorail, it became equivalent to stuffing extra cash under a mattress. But then monorail decided to dump all legacy accounts with Vimvest and froze my assets. They required me to contact Apex Solution, a company apparently holding my money, and provide all sorts of paperwork to retrieve my money with multiple “service fees” built in. More irritating than ever, after weeks of trying to get updates Monorail customer support blocked me and stopped responding to any polite message I sent. I regret investing with them and should’ve pulled my money out a year ago. As soon as Vimvest dissolved, they lost all credibility with me.

  • Love it, but a major bug

    I love this app exclusively for the Wishlist feature - that’s all I am using it for right now, but the excitement of opening the app and seeing that I have enough for something on my list is so great.
    The one bug I’m noticing (and have seen for months) is that when I try to remove an item from the wishlist, it completely closes the app. I then have to reopen the app, sign in, and re-navigate to the wishlist.
    If they fix that bug, it would be 5 stars! But it really impedes ease and functionality.

  • Do Not Recommend

    Had high hopes but after too many problems, no way to get in touch with customer support, taking 2 weeks to get my money deposited into my account and now having been completely locked out with no help getting my own money back to me- I am extremely let down. Customer support only responds if I reach out after multiple messages on social media. You can’t reach anyone through the app like they claim. I have no confidence in them as a company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

  • Great App!!!

    Great financial app. It’s very easy to use and allows me to invest for my future but also plan and save for smaller expenses in the near term. I highly recommend monorail!
