  • Worst app I have ever used

    Please do yourself a favor and don’t get this app. It is not a safe place for your money. I used it for years and all of the sudden it says my email doesn’t exist and I can’t get into my account because I can’t reset my password without a ‘valid’ email. I have contacted support in every way I can and they are horrible. When they finally answer they won’t give me any timeline or help. I need my money and I have no idea when or if I can get it.
    I also had a lot of issues with how long things took when I did use the app. I’m honestly surprised this app hasn’t been shut down due to there service. To not be able to give me any timeline and confirmation that my account is safe is scary. There are so many other ways to save and keep your money,
    so I will never be using this again.

  • On time

    Great up, has lots of stocks and some crypto to trade from. Only problem is that I can withdraw my money. It asks for bank statements as proof of identity, and it still not accepting. I've sent bank statements and a screenshot of my bank account, and it's rejecting the withdrawal. Would be a 5 star if it wasn't such a hassle trying to get your money back.

  • Fantastic app for my kids

    I downloaded this app to help educate my 20 something aged kids and get them started with saving and investing. Super easy to follow and get started! Both kids love the app and are sharing with their friends.

  • Wanted to love this but I can’t.

    This was exactly what I’ve been looking for. Love the concept but the cons outweigh the pros on this. The withdrawals, transactions and etc take way too long. Another issue is that the money you save up doesn’t account for shipping, taxes and other fees so I wasn’t even able to buy an item from my wishlist so I had to transfer more money which made this extremely hard for me. Will be transferring money back to my bank account and closing account with Monorail.

  • Everything was great until…

    I requested a withdrawal. In two more days it will be exactly A MONTH since I made my request. Numerous inquiries have been ignored and have gone unanswered with the exception of Andrey who said two weeks ago he would watch my account and make sure the withdrawal processes. It hasn’t and responses to my inquiries have stopped. I’m a hair’s breath away from filing a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

    I don’t know if just happened to me when I tried to open the app I put my information from my bank my SSC and then I get out from the app and I’m trying to get backBut I couldn’t because the password it was incorrect
    So I’m trying to recover the password with my phone number and it says that I was not fine so I try with my Gmail and it say the same thing so I went to my account to close where are you permission to this app and I try to open again in account and it says that my Gmail it was no use so I don’t know if they stole money from these up with the information that you give and I trying to open again and it works but this time I didn’t put none of my information it’s kind of weird that first works the password and after you put all the information are you trying to come back to the app you can’t it was weird I don’t know to recommend it or not but be careful with the information we put in the apps

  • Nice concept, but…

    At first I thought this app was exactly what I was looking for - however, reading the fine print, it is indeed too good to be true. Between the reviews about people not being able to get their money in a timely fashion, and their debit card limits apparently being $510 for ATM withdrawals and $2000 for point-of-sale purchases, it just won’t suit my needs. Was hoping to use it to save up for a MacBook and some other high dollar items, but with a $2000 cap it just isn’t reasonable.

    Smart way to manage finances and easy to use. With everything getting more expensive this really helps manage my money.
  • It changed my life

    I have always had a large problem spending money such as when I accendentally bought a bored ape Yahtzee . I recently got a rubric cube not through the app but maybe next time I can buy a bedspread for my kitchen. Thanks to the devs great app
  • I want to like this app (unreliable, 1+ month withdrawal time)

    But there are some big problems. I like UI and UX of the app, it’s clean and easy to understand unlike some investing apps. But, it can be very buggy at times. Just getting into the app can be a problem. The BIG problem is how long it takes to withdraw your money. One situation, I withdraw a significant amount of money I had saved with the “save” features to buy Christmas gifts. I withdrew the money the day before thanksgiving. I didn’t get my saved money into my account until the beginning of January. This is completely unacceptable. I got ahold of custom support two weeks into waiting (they say up to two weeks is how long it takes to withdraw) and they told me to turn off reoccurring investments, after literally blaming ME for how long it took. REALLY BAD costumer service! The guy talked down to me and blamed me! But, I turned off the investments, still took nearly three weeks after that. Again, two weeks ago, I turned off reoccurring investments, withdrew a significant amount of money and I haven’t gotten it yet! It’s just not reliable, really inconvenient and makes me wonder if they actually have liquid cash that they are able to give back to their users?!
