Avoid updates
I’ve had my lights on my truck for over a year now and I did an app update and now they will not work at all. Also I would like to see a Red,White,and Blue option.
Worked fine now underglows won’t turn on.
I got the underglow lights for my truck about a week ago and they worked perfectly! Until yesterday when I tried to connect and turn them on and the lights won’t come on at all. I tried restarting my phone, closed out the app, even redownloaded the app and they still will not turn on. Anyone else having a problem with this? Please lmk!

Please power off LED light, waiting 10 second,then power on again。TKS；You can install it on the headlight switch of the car, and the device can be controlled by the headlight switch for convenient use!
Update
Ever since it updated last night my system connects but the lights will not turn on. Up until now I did not have an issue but this update has royally messed (for lack of a better word) my stuff up.
The app doesn’t work properly
I had my lights on my truck and my car and i have the same problem , i can’t change the colors on my under body kit and my light bar only works with some color
Update not working
Only had it for 3 days the update happened yesterday and I thought it was the product but in fact the app is what can’t stay connected for options in changing colors
Lights no longer working after recent update
When I first bought lights everything worked as it should but after recent update my lights will no longer turn on very frustrating bc I just bought product and was extremely excited to use them and now I’m very disappointed would really like to continue to use product but being it’s app controlled I can connect to my lights just will not turn on in the app anymore

Bluetooth in the app won’t scan
Won’t let me connect to Bluetooth when I scan it tells me to make sure it’s on and powered when it already has been and hasn’t even connected, won’t even let me changed the colors or anything how do I fix that ?
Won’t work right after recent updates
Worked perfectly at first when I bought the under-glow kit a month or so back but now when I select certain colors they aren’t what I chose , red is pink, green is white, blue is turquoise and purple is also pink and color wheel don’t work probably like it had before, after recent update on app the colors aren’t the same and the switch on top that usually turned lights off doesn’t work to turn lights off they just turn a random color and don’t turn off so lights are on 24/7 , developer please help

Please check the wire is not damaged, resulting in a short circuit, making some lights can not be effectively controlled!
Led bar
I have trouble with connecting to light bar, cannot find when app scans to bar, light just comes on by it self, cannot shut off without pulling fuse!!!
Grouping lights
Love the lights but just today the “grouping” button is no longer showing beside the scan please fox grouping makes it easier to control all my light kits
