No off button
I am experiencing problems with not being able to turn my lightbar off. There is no off button on the app. So now I’m having to run a toggle switch to the lightbar so I can manually shut it off that way. Would be way easier if you added a button.xNIKExELITEx123
App failure
I’ve only had mine 1 day and I’m already experiencing troubles. I open the app everything is fine... but when I click to open the light setup menu the app continuously crashes so I have to completely restart the app and keep trying till it works. Also I walk away from truck maybe 10-15 feet or open another app or text one of my friends and come back to the app and nothing works. Can’t choose color, can’t turn the lights off, can’t do anything. So again I have completely restart the app and keep trying. Finally like everyone else is saying there’s not enough color choices. This app and lights have potential... just need to work out the kinks.Show lesshotrod171

Needs to better on the side of connecting. Sometimes it is very fast, but sometimes it doesn’t even register the system’s bluetooth.Kusa0_0

Major loss of functionality
Bought these lights at Walmart. Installed them and even followed instructions. Alpena LED app never found my control module. Lights would flash/cycle uncontrollably. Went back to Walmart to buy a second control module and swapped it thinking it was faulty but no. Still no response from the app, so now I risk getting a ticket while driving because I’m unable to turn off my color changing underglow lights.Show lessMecanix313

Miss match
Having a hard time controlling the app and when I click the red color it turns it blue and purple is pink with love if somebody from the company would reach out to me before I return the item not all colors look the same on all four sides when onitsbones13

Ever since i bought the underglow kit
always had trouble using the bluetooth
itll connect and sometimes itll scan and say there is no device even thought its connected sometimes i have to disconnect the cords and reconnect after 7+ times itll work but i believe when the main control gets hot the bluetooth will quitShow lessdonkybuttcrack<---hehe
Very boring software
You can select a lot of colors to be just plain solid. Or you can choose a predetermined fade to the next color. It’s like they were more concerned on not having red blue be able to flash together. That’s stupid and if some dumb kid were to do it, let him get the fine. Also, how about a software update so we can do more than just cycle predetermined colors.

Many options for color and scenes but itd be cool if they let u create ur own scene. Also, no tutorial...didn’t take long for me to figure out but it can b a problem for others.
The lights were quickly connected via Bluetooth but there were no instructions tor this as well(don’t remember what I did to connect)
App hasn’t crashed yet, no disconnections either. 🤞Show lessxvzy
