App Failure
The app needs to be fixed. i can be sitting inside my car and the app will load up fine, show my car name and still won’t let me turn on the lights. i have to keep restarting the app until it works and sometimes it won’t even recognize my car at all.iam_rlfiii
Connection
This app doesn’t connect to my set up. It always crashes and continues to say “connection failed”. These would be perfect if the app would work correctlyBackwoodsdieseldixie
Side left strip out
The same side keep going out just brought a new pack for a 100 dollar and the same side is outzvpp
Kind of cheap
The app works okay for what it is, but the rock lights are not that good. These lights blend other colors together to get certain colors, like white, orange, etc, and you can see streaks of multiple colors coming off the sides of the lights. Overall for the price, really can’t complain.its.kbh
App doesn’t work
I just bought these lights, spent $40 on them at Walmart. I set them up and went on the app, but the app says it’s connected but will not let me click on “go to selection” nothing is working on it, so the lights are just on default. Along with that, the stickiness on the lights is laughable, just put them on and they are already falling off. I’m really not impressedShow lessetoireasa
To Zhang Yu fix the problem
Is anyone else having problem with the Bluetooth connection?? I tried so many Bluetooth apps and noting shows up regarding the ALPENA led commend. Developer ZHANG YU YOU NEED TO FUX THIS GD PROBLEM. Stop making products and selling them if they are not going to work.....jjcorrea69
Have potential
I think the led strips are great quality although the app can be a bit tricky and I wish there were some other things that could be added. Like custom color choices like whatever color I want into a strobe or fade effect etc. the app is very glitchy and has to constantly be restarted. App is junk
Do yourself a favor and just but Type S LED’s. Their app is so much easier to use. I can’t even figure out how to keep the lights solid (no changing) and how to turn this thing off.Pilk103
Good potential
So far I found the user interface to be clunky feeling and difficult to navigate (not very smooth transitions). I wish the color wheel had a wider variety of color options and i wish there were more strobe effects. If this software would support music to strobe the lights to the song the whole setup would be fantastic. Hopefully that gets added in the future!Show lessTryston Erb
Needs more custom options
Had them for a couple days and wish they could let you personalize your own theme instead of pre sets they put and more options for the led exterior command. And the wires could be longer, had to cut them and extend each one myself. Install took around 4 hours cutting and extending each wire. Ima give it a 3 star until they can update the app for more functionality for commandsShow lessJgomez01
