When this option is available, you can select this at the checkout and you will be paid within 3 days. The worst ever
Many applicants, low pay, long time to receive, if you have a problem with payment TEMPR don’t care YOU need to contact the business that you work for and if they don’t want pay they just don’t pay your self..
not many jobs… the jobs they have it’s live 4 business and many shifts for them but obviously you need to be available for all of them (each business). Don’t work with them! I have 896.80 pounds to receive from January… lol what a wast this company it is already under investigation, and is in court from my side!

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the app. There are quite some clients that use our platform and you can choose to work for. Currently there are fewer shifts on the platform and there are plenty of available FreeFlexers. During low season there are fewer shifts online than during May, June, and December. At the moment we are working hard to connect even more clients to the platform so you have more shifts to choose from and to bring back the balance. Fortunately, the low season is almost over! About the payments, please note that Temper is an app for self-employed people. When you work a shift through Temper you have an agreement with the client. If direct payment is not chosen you carry the Debtor Risk. Our factoring company always takes extra steps when clients are late with their payments. They still depend on the client to make the payment. You can read more about how this process works in our FAQ's.
