    Good company but when it come to paying money they don’t know how to resolve the issue with their clients which takes more than 2 month to get paid! Very disappointed

When this option is available, you can select this at the checkout and you will be paid within 3 days.   • Worst agency I’ve ever used

    You won’t ever get a shift with this agency I’m convinced it’s surely a scam? don’t bother wasting you time signing up

    Worst job app ever…
    Many applicants, low pay, long time to receive, if you have a problem with payment TEMPR don’t care YOU need to contact the business that you work for and if they don’t want pay they just don’t pay your self..
    not many jobs… the jobs they have it’s live 4 business and many shifts for them but obviously you need to be available for all of them (each business). Don’t work with them! I have 896.80 pounds to receive from January… lol what a wast this company it is already under investigation, and is in court from my side!

    Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the app. There are quite some clients that use our platform and you can choose to work for. Currently there are fewer shifts on the platform and there are plenty of available FreeFlexers. During low season there are fewer shifts online than during May, June, and December. At the moment we are working hard to connect even more clients to the platform so you have more shifts to choose from and to bring back the balance. Fortunately, the low season is almost over! About the payments, please note that Temper is an app for self-employed people. When you work a shift through Temper you have an agreement with the client. If direct payment is not chosen you carry the Debtor Risk. Our factoring company always takes extra steps when clients are late with their payments. They still depend on the client to make the payment. You can read more about how this process works in our FAQ's.     I have enjoyed my time working here, the start wasn’t great because i was new and had no experience. but after working a few jobs and gaining experience. everything became smooth.
    the good thing with this app is the payment come on time and there is so much work available.

    This is the worst agency app very misleading in terms of payment as long as I’m breathing I will never work for these crooks again they take forever to pay you or sometimes not at all they mislead you in circles and say there not responsible they then talk about finqule is working on it please if your reading this and thinking about working on this app don’t there liars and won’t pay you for your hard work you sweat and work for nothing as a company you should have a care of duty to pay your employees on time but they don’t care about you very immoral people should wake every day in the mirror and be ashamed of yourselves pathetic people don’t work for temper !!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have not received a payment and that is taking quite some time. Please note that if you did not or could not choose the 'direct payment' option, the payment will be done once the client has paid the invoice. They have a payment term of 14 or 30 days after the checkout has been approved and the invoice has been sent to the client. When a client does not pay within the payment term, Finqle always takes extra steps to remind the client to pay the open invoice. This is also part of the Debtor Risk you have when you choose the option 'waiting on client'. Please check in with our Support Team for the latest update on the payment. Greetings, Sevim from Temper

    I have not been paid in 6 months and all the staff do is send me AI response about how they working on it ! Absolute Crooks !

    Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback. We completely understand your frustration and that you want to receive your overdue payment. When you select the 'Wait for payment client' option, you have to wait until your client pays your invoice and the debtor risk lies entirely with you. The average payment term you’ll see during the checkout is an indication but no guarantee. It can happen that a client won’t pay an invoice within the payment term or not at all, this is your debtor risk. In these cases you’ll have to wait longer for your money, and you’ll never be certain about when to receive it. That’s why this option is free of charge. Of course, Finqle is doing their best to make the client pay the invoice and that is why our support team is asking you to wait as we together with Finqle are working on it.
