Receiving harassing emails
Continuously receiving email asking me of my personal agenda while using HouseSigma. When I did not respond, they blocked all content. Forcing me to correspond with their online chat service to get up and running again. I am still receiving annoying email from them. I have recently downloaded the REALTOR.ca, app and haven’t had a problem since.Show lessD guy in fcdg

At HouseSigma, we adhere to certain policies mandated by Realty Boards to we're required to ensure that our users are using the information for personal use. To ensure compliance with these policies, we implemented an in-app survey. To address this issue, we have introduced a web form for users who believe their accounts were blocked in error. By confirming a few details through this form, affected users can swiftly regain access to their accounts. Why does it keep asking to enter password again. I check house sigma few times a day and every time it started asking for a password. It never happen before. Please fix it.Slmplycj

I get the excessive logins may be an issue with TREB, but when I sign in with Google and then attempt to look at a property not in Toronto, it’s trying to get me to enter a user name and password. I literally *just* signed in with Google. Sorry, this isn’t worth it.joannegrrl

Finally we can stop using that trash realtor .ca app!! Now the public can see the listed prices and the sold prices on properties. This will help make buyers more informed about buying instead of getting fake information from their realtors! Great job on this app sigma team ✅Bluejays19999
