The historical sales and listing data and local statistics were very helpful in understanding the real estate market. With the removal of the historical listing and sales data the app has become more of an advertising app for active listings.
Incorrect location data
Also, the app is asking for username and password everyday prior to viewing some listings.

We are very sorry that you are facing an issue with the geolocation. Please send an email to our support team at agent@help.housesigma.com and they should be able to get this fixed for you. As for the re-authentication, it's something real estate boards require us to do, but we've got some mitigating improvements such as support for biometric logins rolling out now.

The one thing I don’t like is that the AI price guess is totally off the chart and is heavily influenced by the list price.
