Paid for a year sub only to be denied service, even after contacting live support
Title says it all, paid for yearly sub, tried to activate services, did not work. Instead it sent me to the subscription purchase page, where i tried again to buy a yearly subscription, thinking the first one didnt go through. Prompt popped up saying I already had a subscription paid for. So I went to the account section on the app, it said I was still using the free version. I click “restore purchases” … nothing. Log out, log in, nothing. Restart phone, nothing. Im on latest update and everything. I contact support about the issue, they do some basic troubleshooting with basically the steps I already took, I still complied. The guy told me to restart my phone and left the chat.. hanging me out to dry. Issue completely unsolved. Yea, dont use this service, it’s a total scam. Works good on pc i wish I hadn’t gone down the rabbit hole i would frequent a page to get pc games for me it was a way to demo the game i would play maybe 10 to 15 minutes if i liked it i would uninstall and purchase it in steam or epic games, little did i know every game i was trying was installing key loggers on my computer to later try to extort me via my emails and they would do this after a factory reset and i could not trace it until i signed up for bit defender and got the web browser extension and it told me what i been looking for this website is fraudulent and will attempt to steal your money so lesson learned for me if theres no demo i just will wait for sale on a video game . Good product
Windows defender of course flagged the installation but I believed what i read that its a false positive when clearly it wasn’t when i got emails with screen shots of me doing things on my pc and passwords I’ve typed i can say I’ve learned my lesson and stick to well known game providers and bit defender for my security if it flags it its a no go for meShow lessBJPNKE

This has been happening quite often where I’ve reported the issue with technical support and it seems they don’t have an adequate response or even sending the concern to the appropriate department. Everytime I open the security app it displays as if I am trial user or basic user even though I subscribed as premium. I would have to constantly refresh app in order to revert back to my full access to the security services; such as web protection, Scam Alerts, etc. I’ve have tried every surmountable methods in troubleshooting towards this issue and I mean everything. Even customer support were on the line as I repeated there process and still it’s the same result. It behaves as if someone was intentionally attempting to piggyback on my account in order them to use the services or attempting to deactivate the security protocols in order to corrupt my iOS device.Show lessA.
