  • No phone call for support

Good luck if you have a problem, if you can’t fix it yourself, you’re out of luck. They won’t help you.

    Muy buena para guardar notas
Y lo más grandioso es que las puedo inter actuar con mi MacBook

There are just too many shortcomings and issues to list.

If you’re hoping this was going to bridge the gap between SOHO Notes and Apple Notes, think again.

    Not even close!

I can’t even restore my mobile app to the Pro subscription I paid for. It requests a login to my iTunes account where it responds with a message saying that it’s unable to verify my purchase... this is even after contacting customer support with a screenshot of my subscription purchase. In the weeks that followed they still have not provided a solution and my app still thinks it’s the free version, not permitting me to use all the features.

This is disappointing in every way and I have asked for a refund to my subscription purchase as described by their policy. Let’s see how long getting that will be. I’m reasonably certain it won’t even happen.
  • Superb!

This app had been on my phone for quite some time. While organizing my iPhone folders I came across this incredible app and decided to go Pro!
  • Lousy support for a defective application

The title says it all, I’m afraid. The transfer of data from previous versions doesn’t work and Chronosnet support, after one feeble attempt to help me with the issue, simply disappeared. Would not respond to further requests for help with the issue.
Just not a good outfit to work with, absolutely undependable. Never again will i deal with this company!
  • Long time user calling it quits

I have been a Sticky Brain, Soho Note and NoteLife user from the beginning. I’m leaving them and not looking back. Any app that cannot do a manual sync not to mention auto sync is less than worthless.
Too bad, because it was a nice ride while it lasted.
  • Big disappointment

I'm a long-time SOHO Notes user and the new Notelife is a crippled shell of it. I could never get it to sync with the Mac app. I opened a support ticket about it months ago and never got a response. Deleted the app and have officially given up on Chronosnet products. I've switched to Bear and very happy with it.
  • Pro Version

Not syncing via iCloud Drive for me. Anyone having success with this?
  • Terrible

Pro version doesn’t sync with iOS device
  • Sounds like a good app but beware.

I paid for and installed the Pro version app on my iMac. When I tried syncing with my iPhone and iPad, which it promised to do 'seamlessly,' across devices (“you only need one paid subscription...”) it has never worked.

When I tried Chronos contacting online tech support (required to submit a written request/comment) they have yet to responded to my request for assistance. And I submitted it over a month ago. Their canned response back is, “it can take up to 76 hrs.” Well, unfortunately it’s been weeks without a response.

Their 'how to' manual for syncing is very basic, which sort of implies an easy set-up. But there isn’t info on work arounds or additional details on their product support webpage. If anything, the inference that the app is 'intuitive' to use is not the case.

I'm pretty disappointed in Chronos at this point. I did find that installing their trial subscription app on my iPhone finally connected my other devices (iPad and Mac), but it would have cost me twice what I had already paid. And now that the trial subscription has ended the connectivity to my other devises is no longer there. And guess what? There’s no way to cancel my current subscription and get refunded the remaining amount via their website or even a way to contact them via email (and no phone contact info, either).

While the promo for the product sounds good, if they can't deliver on basics they shouldn't have released it. I'd really would like to use Notelife, (lots of potential), but at this point their just ripping people off.
