Easy and useful
I’ve always enjoyed my experience at Gary’s, from the scale of the Wayne location when I lived in Franklin Lakes, to the customer service in Bernardsville for the last 12 years, Gary’s has been a steadfast partner; I appreciate how they always adapt and inovate. It took Gary’s no time to offer online shopping and free delivery and all those perks we have come to take for granted. Thank you

Works fine most of the time
While I enjoy using the app since it is convenient, it still has a few bugs. Such as intermittent shut down when viewing different pages. I do like that it contains an order history that can be used for a quick repeat. The search function needs some attention. It also would be nice if it remembered your user name.

Can’t use your rewards, and do you even earn them through the app?
I have inquired in the store about both things and never got an answer. I like the easy of recording, but not being able to use accrued rewards is not cool. In addition, so you earn rewards through the app? The world may never know. Either way both of these things should be fixed!
