App Sign In VERY Annoying
It is the most frustrating thing needing to click on anything in the app for more detailed things and it needing to sign in fully just for it to buffer a million times and take you all the way back to the sign in page where it won’t allow you to actually sign in and it might take days or has even taken me literal weeks to be able to sign back in on the stupid app. If you are already signed in and have it on snapshot mode then you’ll be fine for the majority of the time but there is a 90/10 chance that when you want to check statements or try and cash your check or something that you will be unable to on the app and will have to go online where you’re unable to cash your check anyways. This problem has gone on for years and it is so frustrating.

I wish they had a one 800 number you can call when they’re close to ask questions and if they do, I don’t have it and I’ve tried to get one but after hours it’s it’s closed and on the weekends it’s closed that’s it

I love Launch. Been a Member since 1993. Never had a problem. If any suspicious activity goes on. Launch will automatically give you a call or send out a letter. Than you Launch for all you have done for me.

Excellent Customer Service
I had an issue with an unauthorized charge, I went to the Edgewater branch and the manager, Tina, was very empathetic and went above and beyond for me. She even assisted us with a loan to help us in our time of need!
Customer service is so hard to find wherever you go these days, so I feel when you do get that great customer service, it should be recognized.
