    This app barely works, especially if you get a new phone. We want our digital Id in Apple Wallet. Not this.

  • Worst experience ever!!!!

    Had to redo the process twice got an error message the first time had to delete the app and reload. What a nightmare. There’s got to be something better and more efficient. Don’t recommend this to anyone. I sure won’t!!!

  • Finicky as heck!

    Spent a good portion of a day trying to get this thing to take a photo of the drivers license. There’s no option to manually take the photo so if for whatever reason the app doesn’t want to take the photo it won’t and it’ll leave you wasting your day trying to make it work. What a painful system when it doesn’t work!

  • GARBAGE

    It takes too many times to try to get the photos to line up and it keeps sending error messages to me

    It really sucks when it comes to liveness. I got neck pain doing this for 50 plus time. How this kind of app be so stupid.

  • No phone call return

    Left a message for them to call me. At around 6 o’clock and now it’s 8 o’clock and no one returned my call. Very poor Customer Service.

  • Useless

    App now requires face recognition but it cannot focus on your face. Since this update I can't get pass the setup screen

  • Difficult and time consuming

    I scanned for the chip for over an hour, got the green ok mark three times but keeps me locked in step 5. I can’t continue
