  • Nonsense apps

    It’s Annoying and nonsense apps at all. It’s Wasting time. It should have trust issues with our value documents.

    I called having an issue with passport scanning I was really worried as it was giving me issues and it was time sensitive she was calm and helped me the lady that helped me was magnificent,patient,thorough and very professional.

  • Excellent app

    Have been using since it originally launched. Stable and simple. I’ve had no problem using this as official ID (liquor store, pharmacy, medical offices).

    Any consideration for adding credit cards, outdoors card/hunting license, firearms licence, private work ID card, etc.?

    Expanding card compatibility earns you a fifth star!

  • Unable to locate me

    I have tried to several times to add my information I am located at home and I can see on the map but it fails also several times the server timed out

    I tried to register and I entered my email address as requested but never received the email with the code needed to complete the registration

  • Not working... garbage

    Never mind the fact this doesn’t work who in thier right mind would accept this ID as creditable when all you have is a small black and white photo of your cards. I.e licence etc.

  • Terribly constructed app

    So many glitches and won’t scan my AB Driver’s License

    Sorry about that. When adding an ID document, after tapping on driver's licence, the app asks: "Was your licence issued before June 2018? Yes / No." If you originally tapped "Yes", you can try tapping "No" (or vice versa). Please email support@bluink.ca and we'll provide some assistance. Thank you and take care.
  • Is this a joke or what?

    I downloaded this app sometime ago and set up everything in the mean while I changed the phone and later try to use the app all my data lost the keeps telling no security key and deleted and redownloaded app and it’s now ask me register again no way to regain my data. Don’t understand, How come government approve this kind of stuff.

    Sorry about that. This happens if you change phones and try to load eID-Me onto your new phone from a cloud backup. eID-Me is encrypted locally offline on your smartphone for stronger security. Currently, you'll need to re-register for eID-Me to get it on your new phone. An identity transfer feature between phones will soon be ready.
  • Wouldn’t let me create an account

    I’m worried that this is some identity theft scam, it let me load all my if and everything passed. The final button to create my account did absolutely nothing. I’m kinda scared I put all my I’d on an app that won’t work after it got all my ID
