Not Working At All
Ever since the last update two weeks, I haven’t managed to log in once. The app always tells u that SOMETHING IS WRONG. Reported it back to Nedbank and was told I’m not the only one. When can you fix it?
Frustrated with the new design
I am so frustrated with the update recently. There is no fingerprint access now, I have to input my password every time I log in! Also, with the previous version there was some glitches whenever I checked my investment balance at night, my account would just disappear on the app, it was quite frightening the first time it happened. Why can’t they get it right?

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Do you have the fingerprint Touch ID active on your device and are your still having these issues of logging in and viewing your Investment account at night?
Good app
Overall it’s a good app to use however I find one problem with it and it is that you are not able to reverse a transaction because you can do it with the FNB app and it’s a bit annoying because then I have to go to the back in order to reverse something.

First time using the app and I have not been impressed so far

I preferred the previous version. It was easier to use and manage payments and look up payment history.
This APP constantly shows you wrong balances. Sometimes it doesn’t display balances or tells you that there are no transactions.
Really frustrating when you are constantly on the go and you have a number of transactions going in and out your account that you can’t track properly.
There are a couple new options but nothing significant.

Rubbish!
What a rubbish app, never works- terrible! I have never looked at another bank but now I am definitely considering moving. They were offline at all branches for two days running- pathetic. fix the bugs before launching-you’re supposed to be fully functional before anything.
Overall decent
Overall a decent app with many usefully features. My only gripe is that the “Debits” tap fails to load. Used to work great then just stopped working. Please fix
Travel card facility
The functionality available on a travel card is very restricted.
I have loaded my trips but this is not stored
Forgot my pin and can do nothing about it - can’t reset my pin via any app. On FNB you can reset your pins easily

Complexity of navigate the app. The old app is much easier and logical.
