Reviews of Yale Secure

  • Pick this one

Easy plug and play. I read all the other negative reviews for this app and I was terrified. It did not connect originally to the app as the instructions stated. So I called the wonder 1-800 support number. They were great and with a simple factory reset it linked up perfectly on the first try after doing the reset. No hesitation in making a 5 star recommendation
  • Excellent security product

Setting up home integration can be encumbered by additional device security restrictions. I think few people manage to avoid the pitfalls, hence the low rating. For example, if you have disabled local network access, almost every feature will fail.
  • Don’t Ever Buy Yale!!!!

This app is utterly ineffective, as is any provided customer support. The network module was defective on installation. Customer service refused replacement, and will waste hours of your life walking through prepared (and ineffective) troubleshooting scripts. Be warned there is no escalation!!! You can only get a front line person who has no ability to do anything other than read installation scripts.
