Frustrating Experience: Canceled Cleaning and No Notification
To make matters worse, I had to issue a full refund to the guests, resulting in a significant financial loss. I reached out to Turno to request a credit toward a future cleaning to help offset this loss, but they refused to accommodate my request. This lack of communication and support has left me frustrated, and I can no longer rely on Turno for my cleaning needs.
I would advise potential users to be cautious, as the lack of notification and support can lead to significant issues.

We sync with your calendars from your booking platform, and any booking creation or cancelation can affect your cleaning schedule on Turno. If you receive notice of a booking cancelation on your booking platform, we recommend you take a quick look at your Turno schedule to make sure everything is in order. Turno has a feature that allows you to keep projects after a booking has been deleted. You can enable it in your projects settings page.
