needs wishlist feature
the app itself is functional and good, but theres no way for me to bookmark or save outfits that i like, which makes me less likely to buy in the future as i don’t remember what i looked at. please add this feature!

The app is too laggy and every time I search for something the screen is blank or white. Please fix this. The website is much better.
Love the brand, App is okay
I prefer to buy from the actual website because sometimes the app is glitchy when I try to purchase things, also the app isn’t IPhone 12 friendly haha, the search bar is blocked by the camera on my screen and it makes the app hard to use. I really recommend them just on their off oak webpage :)
Payment option takes forever to get working
I’ve used this app to buy most of my cosplays from them but every time I go to check out with the stuff I’ve gotten it takes me a while to actually pay for them as the system doesn’t let me log in to my pay pal when I choose it. Please fix this

The clothing is great and everything else- it’s a good price as well however shipping can take a little while but not that bad only issue is that the app can be slow and glitch but overall I have never been disappointed

the clothes itself are fine but the apps don’t show the imagines of the clothing and it buffers for quite a while and glitches. so it’s easier to just use the website

I recently got a miu iruma from danganronpa V3 cosplay from here. it arrived in august. everything was amazing quality but when i opened the wig, everything looked fine i tried it on and i mean, it’s not the WORST wig, just needed some work. i recommend buying from here! :))
The 5 dollar off is stupid and misleading
They say if you get the app you get 5 dollars off your 1st I thought cool beans man 5 dollars off I’m poor so I love to save money but then I found out you can only use it for orders over 65 dollars and not on any items that are already discounted. This makes this already small discount almost useless considering about half there stuff is on sale and barely anybody’s going to spend or 65 dollars on costumes
