I lost access to my account therefore losing access to all my music and I was devastated. Luckily the support team is amazing and helped me recover all my data efficiently and effectively. Hence the title amazing app and amazing support team!ssaylorj
Unable to sign in
Throws up an error message when trying to sign in. Was a good app but at present useless.
Had the best response from any app I’ve had a problem with. Developer team responded very quickly and sorted things out straight away.Dawgtanyun

Unfortunately I did a lot of work on this app and suddenly whenever I try to log in I’m given an error message reading (AWSMobileClientXCF.AWSMobileClientError error 9). It was a good app when it worked for me but I’m quite disappointed now.Spencer9919

I’ve been using this app to record and write songs since the beginning of 2021. After I started using it I never used any other apps. Today I went in trying to write another song and I was logged out. I couldn’t remember my password so I tried to reset it and although I was using special characters it wouldn’t let me reset. I have 30+ songs written. Some from earlier than 2021. So this feels like a smack in the face.Show lessLilygirl890
MUCH better than using multiple apps.. Voice Memo, Notes/lyrics, Rhyme generator and MORE! Love it!
I had always used the notes app to quickly write lyrics and ideas, and then i would use the voice memo to record scratch recordings, but this app has that all and MORE! Thanks for such a great app for songwriting on the go!JamesCrowleyMusic

It’s amazing, a friend told me to get it so I did, but I really wish there was a way to create backing tracks to go along with our lyrics. Possible update?Romystical
Backup doesn’t work
I made an account and everything but I noticed a weird glitch where under my song it said “created on Not Available”
Thought it was weird so I decided to delete and redownload to see what would happen. Thank god I exported my songs right before because when I logged back in all of the songs were gone. What’s even the point of making the account then.
But other than that good app. Just kind of has a lot of glitches. Really just in need of an update, it’s been over a yearShow lesslaneyre123

We can see why the account creation might have led you to believe that we create automatic cloud backups of your songs, but that is not a feature we tout or claim to have (yet). So, why did we even introduce the account creation feature in the first place? We've had so many customers reach out asking how they can actually password protect the app to keep their work private. We initially thought that most people would rely on the lock feature on the iPhone itself, however after receiving numerous requests to password protect the app itself, we introduced account creation. To your second point: you’re right, it has been a long time since we’ve published an update. We’ve been working really hard on a new version of Songwriter Pro, including brand new professional writing features. This has taken longer than expected, and we apologize for the delay. I love this app and use it daily. I even gifted it to a cpl people I write with.
Here’s what can make this app great:
1) a way to collaborate with another person so you can write in real-time together. Like google docs.
2) under the chord feature it needs a single piano so you can hear the chords, then pick what fits your songs for people not well versed in theory..
Other than that.. it’s an awesome app for a writerShow lessGonestealth

This app has been incredibly useful so far (THANK YOU FOR REMOVING THE SONG BLOCKS OMG) and I plan to use it for years to come!
I do have one small feature request, and that is to be able to reorder my folders. As of right now I can’t seem to find any way to do that. I’d like to be able to keep all of my current projects in a place where I can access them easier and not just add on to the end of the line of folders!Show lessTheSappySamara
