Love that I can access the day by day itinerary anytime, anywhere. No need for an internet connection.
Good so far
They only turned the app on one month before departure. Wish I could have explored it sooner but it’s looking good so far. Lots of useful options. Photos, journal, suggestions for visiting. I think I will like using the app.
AvalonGo -Taste of the Nile
The AvalonGo app was very useful to have at your fingertips on your phone. From daily agendas, details about excursions, flight information that you customize for you and excursions you can sign up for as you go is very important. Especially on a trip like The Taste of the Nile river cruise that had you up and going for the daily tours.

Very Difficult to Use!
I downloaded the app after booking our cruise and have found it challenging to navigate! We were told we should book our excursions prior to the trip but the app would not let us book them. I could sometimes the excursions listed but most times not and booking was not an option, it kicked me out when I tried. I deleted the app and got it again to see if it helped, it helped me read the app better but still could not see the excursions. It was very frustrating!

Prep info
This app has been very beneficial in our upcoming river cruise trip. Planning for excursions, weather conditions, room information, ship services, etc thus far have reduced the stress levels and increased the joy of travel.
Love it
Everything is visual, which I appreciate. Connection to the airline, too.
