Stopped Working after iOS Update - Zero Support
The app worked fine for the whole year until two weeks ago when I updated iPhone to iOS 15. Sent email to FLOUREON video NVR manufacturers but no reply. Junk.MxZaidi
Terrible product
Never works completely. I put this on my Lakehouse so I could watch it when I’m out of state. It’s literally worked 5% of the time. I wish I never bought this piece of crap system. Rip off alert2:4(6)7$

Pile of garbage
Thinks rain droplets are ‘humanoid figures’ and sends you alert after alert while it’s raining. Decided it wasn’t going to work for over a month, oddly while there were suspected burglaries happening on our road. Now corrupts the recording every couple of minutes while filming. Random points all through the day and night where it’s just decided not to film anything. Has to be re-opened several times before it’ll actually load anything. Sound has given up.
Please don’t waste your time and money with this piece of rubbish. I don’t know what the developers are supposed to be doing with their time but it CERTAINLY isn’t maintaining a good standard on this pile of junk. If I could rate in -stars I would.Show lessJKateL
Not impressed
This app doesn’t work with my Iphone. I can’t even type in any letters. All that money in a camera system and it doesn’t even monitor it mobile. 🤦🏽♂️byebyedollors
Frustrating
Initially, cameras worked fine. Although they would not connect through my WiFi, I was able to connect through mobile hotspot on my iPhone. They worked great for two months. The zoom, pan and tilt didn’t work and no prompts or sounds ever came from the device itself, but video recordings did have audio. I didn’t mind though, because they did work for seeing around the front of my home. Then today they just stopped working after a power outage. I have been trying for hours to get them back up and running. I even tried uninstalling everything and manually reset the cameras several times. Nothing. The help articles on the app are laughable. None of it makes any sense and the website is in Chinese. Not going to do me any good. I’m so frustrated and mad that I can’t get any tech support.Show lessraelynnjdj
