Need improvement
This app needs a lot of work. You can’t operate my cams with Alexa or my winks, but you can monitor on you desktop or phone. It supposed to alert me but it don’t. But for someone else to do the monitoring monthly charge is reasonable. The app don’t stay open I believe to apples new update this app is useless now all together. Nearly a good app
Most of the features work fine but some vital ones don’t. If I try to watch my local video clips the app crashes. The motion detection is way to sensitive, I woke up to 99 alerts this morning, mostly of rain! Please sort this bugs, this is a security app so really needs to work properly or could endanger someone’s property or life.Show lessTerryparkerd3
No WiFi & No Support
App won’t let me connect device to WiFi. Help articles do not help and app support is non existent.Justinmichaelj
PTZ functions not working.
Camera and app give good hot spot pictures but the pan, tilt and zoom functions do not work. The camera goes through full motion when power is applied but the PTZ controls in the app do nothing to the camera. I hope the developer has some recommendations.LussoRich
Not Recording
Videos have stopped recording to the cloud and the disc card don’t know why when all is current and up to date. Need to check into this and give support.Phonksta

Crashes / freezes when using the VCR forward / reverse feature
No ability to record only on motion detection. Rather the SD card is filled with non stop useless video making it difficult to find “events”.
Uncomfortable sending credit card info to a Chinese seller.

Recording
Recording function doesn’t work - seems to detect movement and record to the SD card but it cannot be watched back.
SD card fills up with recordings that can’t be viewed, making it essentially useless for security purposes.Erchie5
