  • Decent and simple to use

    Had the watch and app for a couple of weeks now and no real issues other than the battery charge only lasts a couple of days rather than a full week compared to another watch I had.
  • Mostly very good

    Overall, I really love the watch and the app. But for one thing. Cannot figure out how to set watch to measure sleep. Tried holding down home button on sleep screen. Nothing happened. I have an iPhone 6 with latest iOS. The watch is DAWO Fitness Tracker. Thank you
  • Suspicious.

    The associated fitness band is no better than a waste of good silicon embedded in a cheap plastic wristband if the app cannot connect to the band properly. Worse still is that my first attempts at a 1 Star review were all rejected.

    On my iPad, when I try to add the band as a Bluetooth device, the app simply says Bluetooth is turned off and asks me to confirm. Except that Bluetooth is not turned off, and connects fine to other devices if I try. Without the app, I can't set the date and time correctly, calibrate the pedometer or BP monitor, synch to my iPad for any message notification etc.

    Modify the app to just notify if it thinks Bluetooth is off, but then ask if the user would still like to try to connect anyway. Might not make any difference to whether it can connect (Bluetooth can be very inconsistent), but at least the user would still feel like something might happen!

  • Can't connect to my iPad

    Have tried many times and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and cannot do it! It is a big shame
  • Don’t bother.

    Received the watch as a Xmas gift. Couldn’t set up on the app for ages. Just kept crashing. Eventually when set up worked brilliantly, the app and tracker were doing well, I work in a hospital so wear it with an extender strap in my ankle, the BP reading was most accurate on my ankle. After just two weeks though the steps reset to zero every time I look at the app. Tried to reset it all. Still not working. Useless. Big shame as was a nice device and app
    Sending it back and have bought a Huawei band 2 for almost same price

  • App lets the watch down

    Love my watch love the fact it takes blood pressure too but the app just lets it down totally it reset my steps again this morning when turned the app on to check my sleep pattern it didn’t save anything for yesterday and it is driving me mad I don’t want to get another watch cause I love it but the app is ruining it x

  • Terrible!!!

    This app is an absolute joke, I got a smart watch for Christmas today and it told me to download this app. But when I tried to make an account it keeps saying ‘network unavailable. Please check’ I have checked my WiFi and all but it’s not the network it’s your stupid app, I want this fixed immediately!!

    I cannot create an account, very disappointing. I have noticed that I am not the only one with this problem. Maybe instead of utilising the updates to update translations... maybe you need to fix your problemed app, so people can use there watch. Thanks for a VERY disappointing product. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star unless I had to to post this comment. Zero star rating.
