  • Sorta works

I really wanted to like this app. I won’t comment on the watch since hardware reviews don’t belong here. I will say that the app looks nice on my iPhone 8+ and it’s easy to read. The down side it is very quirky. Some times it records sleep fairly accurately. Other times it will arbitrarily start at midnight or after. Some times it will record heart rate very accurately. Other times it will read quite a bit high. Documentation is only so so. Overall, this okay, but nothing more.

  • Annoying app

App was fine until recently, but now when I look back at data from past weeks, some days have no data, even though I sync my watch daily, and I’m unable to give feedback via the app, as it won’t send
  • Cool

    This very cool
  • Should not need internet to view data

I have two different smart bands with two different brands (not big names) this band I enjoy wearing more as it looks better and it has BPM reading and the other doesn’t. But the other lets me view past data with out the internet. It saves information on to the app and band it self. I work on a cruise ship so I do not have 24hrs internet connection and reconnect to the internet just so I can view the past data is unnecessary. I know it is possible as I know others do not need the internet. Also when the language changes back and forth is unprofessional.

  • Love it so far!

Only had this an hour and already downloaded App, logged into App and synced to phone and taken blood pressure.

So TL:DR: Don’t try to create account, just download App and try logging with your email and create your own password. Worked for me.

What I didn’t do: try to create a new account. Instead per advice on other review I downloaded the GoHeart App by the same developer, created account there, filled in my details (had to convert from metric to imperial for height and weight), added random abstract photo for profile then clicked save and synced with watch.

Then, I downloaded the WearHeart App, opened and logged in using the GoHeart credentials. Straight in and magically my profile photo and info from GoHeart populated.

Next, I paired the App to watch. No problems.

Next went into device management and changed preference to imperial. I’d already done that in GoHeart but it didn’t work, so check it again.

Works perfectly. I’m not sure if you even need the GoHeart App, it may be possible to login to this App without registering first on the other one, but this was the way I did it.

No idea about other aspects, but totally love the look of this watch and the intuitive way to click through functions. It’s the first fitness watch I’ve owned, but for the few $ I’m so happy it’s working great.

  • App work well

After a bit of trouble syncing my band to my phone/app, one day it just work I was about to send band back if it failed.
So people having issues may need a littl persistence.
The app its self is quite good would give 5 stars if connected to Heath app
  • Failed to log in

I’m using iphone X....I bought a watch and I couldn’t login to this app. Can’t able register a account. I couldn’t create an account. When I create an account it is showing account is already existed. Third party login page is not coming at all. Please fix it.
