Useless - can’t create an account!
The app just creases when I open it and tape “create an account”. How can I use the bike share if I can’t sign up?

The app stopped working last week and it just crashes every time I opens it. In addition, it charged me $10 for no reason. I am disappointed and clearly don’t know what’s happening.
