I personally got a chance to test out the bikes and the lockers provided by Koloni and couldn’t be more excited to see the advances the team makes. The bikes are study and easy to ride, and the lockers (when available) are a great way to store something on the go. The team did a great job with answering any manufacturing and fare questions I had about the products. I’m excited to see more koloni products as the company grows!

Good service
I really like what they’re attempting to do with this app. Sure, there are some bumps, but any time I’ve ever experienced an issue I’ve reached out and received great customer service. I think there’s a lot of room for growth and have enjoyed my experiences so far. Would recommend to friends.

Terrible!
The app is terrible! Unreliable. Only allows one bike rental per account but when attempting to sign up a new account, never got the email verification. Without the app, you can’t use the service. Ruined our plans. Terrible!! Did I mention terrible????

I have an account but my family doesn’t. Can’t use my account for more than one rental, and they tried to open an account but never received an email. This was a wasted trip! Not happy!!!

Super fun service to have for vacationers except you can only rent 1 bike at a time so how is your whole family supposed to be able to ride bikes together?
App doesn’t work
I created my account then the app kept asking for me to confirm email, which there was no way to do as it wouldn’t let me sign in. 3 perfectly good bikes sitting here and I can’t ride any of them. Disappointing!

I could not even fully load the app. When I pushed the unlock button nothing happened. I deleted and then reinstalled the app. Same thing happened. This needs to be addressed if people want to use the bicycles!
