Bike dead
I tried getting on the bike kept saying it was being scanned ..never worked

They charge $10 of you don’t return it in a “drop off zone”. I took a picture of the bike in the “drop off zone” literally next to 4 other of their bikes and still got charged.
They say in their FAQ there is a way to report issues like this but the option is nowhere to be found in the iOS version.
Terribly designed app, my bike had a seat issue that wouldn’t let me lock it in position, and to end it all - I got charged a BS fee after walking the bike to the zone I was told to take it to.

Really bad service
Impossible to rent a bike had to submit several tickets before they actually came out and maintained the bikes. They are often disabled or missing. Gave up on trying to make this work

I rented 4 bikes with ease today.

And you can’t rent more than one bike at a time? Really a waste of time and no bike ride for us!
Horrible app
The app is terrible! I tried renting a bike but to no avail. It just kept asking me to turn on my Bluetooth and it was on and roaming the entire time. Then I uninstalled the app, and the reinstall action took ages! After an hour of trying and trying I gave up. It wasn’t worth it at that point.
Pausing a ride for the night
Attempting to rent bikes for the night into tomorrow so I paused the ride which I turn runs constantly in the background like a GPS/Maps Application. Lame.

Quick and easy to use. Enjoy riding the bikes!
Fun bike ride!
Rental was very easy, bikes are 3 speed so that’s perfect! I rode for an hour and no seat soreness the next day because the seats are so comfy!! Will definitely use again!!!
