I’ve had unit since Christmas and like a lot of people when it worked it was amazing but when it didn’t which was usual it was frustrating you just had no clue what swing would do next. I had a new expensive grip put on it and I don’t know if coincidence or it’s having a better grip but it played almost flawlessly today. I was able to hit every shot I wanted and the main thing is every shot stayed consistent. It has been night and day. I just hope it’s not a one off but it played better than when I first got and it was working what I thought was well.

It is just completely random. 8 iron goes further than 3 wood you literally guess which club and hope. Customer service is a joke I contact them they want videos of me swinging proof date time of when I sent in bug fixes on and on. I do all that they say seems to be working fine. To top it off their last comment before they just stopped responding was I’m sorry you can’t hit a ball as far as you want to. So no hope but rude and then ignored me. I played division one golf and competitively after for many years. I know my swing speed. I don’t expect this to be perfect but ranges 40 mph with your shots is not working properly. Great idea horrible company that will make sure it fails

Can’t speak for the subscription part of this app. But without the subscription you still get 10 courses. Only thing I was was different is not having to go back to my phone after every hit on the practice range. Make it to just click to sensor and clear it for the next shot.

Thank youThe app actually seems really good when it comes to practice. However, whenever I attempt to play an actual course either online or locally, it will ask me to either play the premium courses or the classics. Whenever I pick whichever one I want to play and press next, nothing seems to happen, and I stay on the same screen. May be a server issue or something else, but yea. Overall though, decent product.

Perhaps it was a temporary server error.
In addition, you can delete an app that you do not use or exit the app running in the background to secure a free capacity to solve the abnormal app problem.

Thank youI received this product yesterday and downloaded the app last night. I had no problems playing on my phone today as well. I did have problems casting the game to my TV, so I tried to download on my Chromebook to play on a larger screen. When I agreed to the terms of service and hit OK, the loading icon showed up and the app seemed to freeze at that point. The loading icon stayed up until I closed the app 10 minutes later. I deleted the app, reinstalled and tried again. The same thing happened so I abandoned hope of playing on a larger screen. I went back to use the game on my phone, which I had just used an hour prior, and the version on my phone was now frozen on the Home Screen. I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled. It asked me to agree to the terms again, and when I did I was once again stuck with the downloading icon. The app is frozen and I can’t access anything not even a day into using it. It’s very unfortunate because I was really enjoying the game while it was working.

Thank youI have the world tour edition and it does not allow you to redeem the unlimited courses that was advertised in the kickstarter
I love the product and it is just what it advertises, until you try to figure out the subscriptions. I bought the WGT edition not knowing that there was a World Tour Edition so that I would have access to more courses. The WGT gameplay is not great anyway. I had to buy the new edition in order to get the new sensor to for the World Tour Edition however the course are pixelated and not finished graphically…the fairways and greens have crazy hills and bumps that are unplayable. I know notice a Premium version option on the app but there is nowhere to buy a subscription. Please don’t tell me that it is a different sensor again and in order to get the subscription, I would have to get another new Phigolf!! I am hoping the Premium Tour is just not available yet???

Thank you.I paid for a subscription to use the WGT courses with the Phigolf stick and it was working well until the latest update. Now in order to access the WGT and E6 courses, you have to turn on the sensor, but when you do that it reverts to the “World Tour Edition” and the menus for playing WGT and E6 completely disappear. I have submitted complaints to Apple and Phigolf about this. The rest of it is good (putting sensitivity could use some work) and the addition of HD courses is nice, but don’t bother with the WGT/E6 stuff until the issues get fixed

If you have a World Tour Edition, WGT and E6 are not available.

If the swing analysis window is fixed after swinging in practice range mode, you can set it as follows.
If you look at the top right of the swing analysis window, there is an icon shaped like a pushpin. If you press this part, the swing analysis window is released, and after a minute or two, you will return to the practice range.
