Can not login. Keep getting error with message “discount from network for unknown reason” ???? Please fix it
I really love the phi golf as an avid golfer living in the northwest with a tough winter season. Game play is fun and multiplayer is a good game with friends. Must remember this is a GAME not necessarily a swing improving tool. I noticed I played a lot in a few weeks and the swing on the game does not transfer to well to the real thing so just be careful your not working in to much muscle memory on the game. Would highly recommend!!

My 7 yo has trouble getting the stick to register because he is not able to hold the stick steady enough to start. Probably necessary for the sensor but would be good to have a kid mode.
The PhiGolf app is decent and has moments where it’s fun to mess around with. The accuracy with the swing stick isn’t very good though. The distance is all over the place. The accuracy is pretty constantly off. Almost every shot starts out way right, which isn’t close to my real life trajectory at all.
I was excited for the WGT subscription, but that’s even worse. The distance on WGT is much more accurate, but the accuracy is awful. It’s to the point where I’ll probably cancel the monthly subscription even though it’s so cheap. Every time I try it I’ll get through 1 or 2 holes before it gets too frustrating to enjoy.
If I had to do it over again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the swing stick.

First of all, sorry about the issue you've experienced.
To tell you the truth, there is a limit to motion sensor technology & we don't want you to change your swing.
There is no way to get equal result from swinging a short stick provided and real golf clubs. Shaft length, shaft flex, weight of device, etc. lt’s all different.
Our engineers always have been working on to provide better quality game to users.

Just got this today, the app doesn’t work on any device I’ve tried. Just keeps saying it needs an updated version but it is the most updated version. Completely not usable, now I have to return it. Really big disappointment.
The new update tells you what your swing was like and I played it for about an hour for a few days and I adjusted what it told me and now I can hit straighter. It is really realistic and helped my real life golf swing.
I should have paid attention to the other reviews. I download the phigolf app. Play once and now says update required so I update it and it still says update required even though I have the latest update. I am sending it back.
It crashes on every other stroke. I looked for an update, but am not seeing one.
I've tried with iPhone XR and my iPad. It crashes on both devices.
For this price range it is very adequate. I find attaching it to my real club works much better. No issues with the app and connectivity with sensor. Great way to get swings in at night or during off season. Also quite fun, putting can be hit or miss, but doesn’t take away from the overall enjoyment!
When it works, it’s fun. Not the most accurate, but I expected that. What I didn’t expect is every time I go to turn it on, the app crashes, or the server is down, or something goes wrong to the point that it’s unusable. What’s worse is i bought it thinking I could play locally with the WGT extension by sharing the swing stick with people in my living room and we could all play the superior courses and graphics, but that is not the case.
I just want this thing to work so when I invite people over to play we can actually play! Right now I have a $250 stick that does nothing!
Also, fix your Apple TV app! That might solve a ton of issues on my end.
