    App crashes when I try to book an activity
  • Keeps crashing

    Repeatedly crashes when I click on Details & booking, pretty annoying. Local attractions with website links is very useful. Map is handy.

  • Cant log on, Tattershall say use laptop!

    I have tried several times to log on but without success. It just says about 8 weeks out and to call the number. We are 2 weeks out, called the number and told app is a problem!

  • Another holiday

    Only problem have is trying to book for next year with our discount but brilliant thanks
  • Unable to book most activities

    Unable to book most activities e.g. swimming, only a couple of activities are bookable through the app. This is contrary to what the website would have you believe
  • Poor accommodation and noise

    Booked an indulgence lodge for 7 days costing over £1500 absolutely disappointing experience lodge was stained with animal waste and stunk of urine had the carpet quickly cleaned but this left it soaking wet for the next 12 hours with a ten month old baby crawling around and then after this time the smell returned. To add to this R.A.F Conisby was/are flying typhoon jets until midnight every day which meant our daughter was screaming every night until gone midnight.
    On the 3rd day of our stay we received an email to say some of the facilities are now closed due to a staff outbreak of Covid and the on site shop had beer so you can all watch the football in your accommodation?!!!
    No thanks I’d rather go home than bother sitting in a dogs toilet with jets trying to rip the roof off whilst trying to stop my child from having a nervous break down

  • Waste of time

    Terrible app. When booking anything it takes you back to a web page, so you may as well bypass the app and go straight to the web page. None of my bookings show under “my bookings” so it’s difficult to cancel/change anything. Email confirmation does not have any link to cancel/change bookings. Seeing as you are told to do everything via the app, this makes staying at the park more hassle than it should be. Can’t believe this made it through beta testing to be released to paying customers.

    The activities section isn’t working, but site is quite informative
  • Ordering through the app not working

    We have tried to download the app on 3 different phones but still no option to order. Made the experience highly stressful since we are only allowed table service. The staff handled it brilliantly though and tried so hard to help. Definitely commend them for their effort.
  • Dirty lodge.

    We have been to this resort two time previously and loved it.

    But this time round, we found our lodge dirty and had trouble booking activities. Sadly disappointed this year.
