“Network Error” is all I get on opening this app. Useless. Worth less than what I spent timewise installing it.normbal

Useless
Tried this app despite the reviews but found it totally useless. The tracking number I used is known to be in a certain location but this app could not find details and suggested it hadn’t been dispatched yet. Tried the same details in other apps and got the information immediately. Not worth bothering with as it’s clear they have not resolved the issues.Show lessPeevedandannoyed
Nice app
The information is even accurate than the official DHL website! DHL and the other website shows my parcel arrive at delivery facility. Only this app shows it is delivered. I went to downstairs and my package is there :)Messi.2010

The most useless app I have ever downloaded

This app is not ready
I enjoy the design, but this app is unfinished and unreliable. The shipping carrier autodetect was unable to identify both a FedEx and DHL tracking number and I had to choose them manually.
There are some typographical errors as well. With the last update being 8 months ago, I don’t anticipate it will get any better than it is currently.Show lessijulianvel

I am using this tracking app today and it doesn’t seem to be working I installed it in March and it worked fine and now it is the end of April and it is not working at all it tells me that my parcel has not been shipped and when your paying the prices that you ask for you should be able to see the items when tracking them get the app sorted once and for all .Show lessbabyeds

I don’t usually do reviews on apps or anything but this app sucks, it was working fine the first maybe 3 hours then I woke up and it said the my parcel hasn’t mailed yet, but what’s funny is that the item shipped and it was actually on its way to me, the app still said that it probably hasn’t shipped yet since then I deleted the app, like the idea of tracking all my packages but if it doesn’t work properly I wouldn’t get it,Show lessDJDTRIX

I downloaded the app and paid for the upgrade. It didn’t work at first but I contacted support and they had the issue fixed very quickly. Great little app now that I’m stuck at home and have several orders coming in at once. Thanks so much!gymnasticnik
