Would not download
App asked for my phone number. After entering it I kept getting a message that a code would be sent to my phone to activate the app. I tried several times but never received the code even though the drop down which said I had been sent.
I guess my attorney will actually have to talk to me. What a concept!

I love this app!
This app has a wonderful set up and it is very convenient with tracking my case especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the app definitely makes communicating with my awesome lawyer, Jonathan Fannin, easier. I love that the notifications and updates are sent straight to my phone.
This app is amazing
This app is a game changer! Before I was never able to get a hold of my attorney. With case status I am always able to see where I am at in my case and get a hold of someone at the law firm. It’s so easy to use, it’s like my personal Instagram for my legal case. Every client should have their attorney using case status!

Bad app
I have been trying to log back into this app (after being kick off) over a month now. I put in my number for it to tell me error session timed out; but yet still send me a message with a code. The screen never changes for me to put the code in. The whole app is pointless right now.
Stopped working
Was kicked out of the app & now I can’t sign back in. Keep receiving an error msg. Have updated to the new version & removed the app completely with no resolution.
