App keeps forcing close after the third time of me trying to open it and it closed on its own so I just deleted it. Also unless you’re willing to pay there’s no point of buying it because nothing is free you get one small lesson for free, after that all of them are locked

No customer support
I did not find this app useful for my learning style. I tried communicating with the developers about a refund and I could only find a way to message by Instagram. I set a message over 24 hrs ago and there has been no response.
Amazing app with AI
I practice my pronunciation every day
Support is non-existent
I sent them an email about my paid subscription and have yet to have received a response.

Notifications stopped
This was my favorite learning app until my notifications inexplicably stopped… they were the only thing keeping me coming back to learn more. Expensive app to not have it perform it’s most unique function for the last half year or so. Not sure how best to get support

This is not what I expected
They give you sentences in another language often without the English translation. Immediately after my free trial expired and I paid the annual fee, they stopped sending me notifications at all.
