    Profile are not matching according to my zip code or not based on my preferences
    I’m not happy with this app after paying amount also always asking to purchase credits to chat. What’s the use of this platform?

Our goal is to ensure that members can easily connect with others in the areas they want, and we're sorry that that wasn't the case for you. We understand the importance of accurate location-based matches and are currently working to improve our search algorithms to better meet user expectations. Have you tried changing it manually in your profile description or in the "I'm looking for" section? If these factors are set correctly and in line with where you are currently at and they still don't work, I suggest you try the manual "Search" or "Let's Mingle" options.     I don’t like the website because if you are dyslexia that have difficulties in spellings it doesn’t give you options to use the spelling thingy I’m finding it difficult to spell and I cannot use my spelling assistant to accessibility to type it so for me is a poor website and full of Dio. People is your duty to protect your customers.

    Hello Nancy, At the moment, we do not implement any monthly plans with unlimited access to the services. The current subscription concept involves making purchases to get credits to use the services. But a few amazing benefits come along with it. Email us at support@datemyage.com. We'd love to explain to you how it works and it is worthy of having.
  • This is the worst app ever …. Don’t waist your money!!

    At the beginning they said you paid a amount , 49 .99 and you think is a good app , yo can meet people , when you start to say hi your credit is not working because is not unlimited, meaning all the time you said hi the charge a credit , also if you see another people page and read , more credit, if you need more credit , because someone you like it … you need to pay a hundred and more , this is expensive, the charge credit by minute….. in order to find somebody you will expect to pay more than thousands dollars, is ridiculous extremely expensive and also when you paid like in two hours you can’t continue talking because you don’t have credit .. meaning more money!! They not cooperate with you as a business, this is a fraud and also they try to send you the instructions after you start asking what happened? This is playing with single people feeling trying to found soulmate in a app !! What is the member ship for ? Just post a picture you are a company that I hope you going bankruptcy because you not playing with people feelings, also you don’t protect nothing!!! You took my money and my dignity trust on your page

    Hi Lenny, Thank you for sharing your concern. The platform does not offer free services but by simply subscribing, you will be able to unlock and use premium communication services. It may not be the cheapest, but check what you get for it: anti-scam protection, constant updates, etc. Indeed, using certain services costs a fixed number of credits that you buy separately from membership. On the surface, Once you run out of credits, you will have to top up to continue using the services. Running out of credits so quicky depends on the service (online chat, video chat, Audio/photo/video attachments and etc.) you are using. Please contact us at support@datemyage.com to provide you with your credit expenditure statement. In the meantime, Try an online chat instead of email unless you do not mean to send a 5000-character message every time. It costs only 1 credit per message and a reply comes in faster.

  • Beaty and the beast

    Well I don’t know where to begin so let me start with the best site I have ever seen. The ladies are very beautiful and have done so much with they’re lives and those who are still aspiring more and more out of life. I have been welcome here by so many wonderful ladies. I couldn’t answer every message I get. That makes me a little sad. There was a member that I didn’t respond to until I had a guilty conscience. But taking time to respond to the cry. We both where better. I used this to say we all want and need love and we don’t need anything but to be noticed with special little things make the greatest gifts and you have many gifts here. I could go on but I have said enough. Too all of you beautiful souls. Love you all Phil..

  • Outrageous price

    No doubt it’s a great site but not easily affordable.
    I felt ripped off
    I spent 90 CAN and couldn’t even enjoy it for 30 min straight.
