What a shame

I enjoy birds and thought maybe I’ll see what I can find that’ll help me get into bird watching or at least cataloging what I see. This app looks very promising and when I opened it for the first time it was easy to navigate and use but that’s where it ends. Everything else is behind a paywall, click on something get an ad shoved in your face. Got rid of the ad and bam “subscribe now for only ——“ in my face. Couldn’t submit more than 1 bird without accepting a monthly fee or purchase. Im willing to pay for good services and apps but im not even being allowed to test the waters to see if I’d want to invest into this as an extension of a potential hobby. Something that could be fun ruined by impatience to gain. Momentary excitement quickly turned into disappointment, what a shame.

Great app!

I enjoy using this app. Nice to have see when others in the area have seen the same bird. Particularly useful when travelling and seeing birds I’ve never seen.

Fun new app

I’m still navigating around this one but so fun to see the pictures of birds pop up as they are identified. Once their sound is picked up, it’s a challenge to find the bird visually.

Wonderful

I can’t tell you how much I love this app. Not only is it easy to use but every time I use it I am in for a sweet surprise. I never knew I had such an array of birds visit me. And now with the migration on I can hardly wait to get out in my backyard. And to be able to list the birds that have visited is a great bonus. Well done.

Wonderful and extremely helpful

So many great things about this app! Recording a bird song to name the bird is impressive and highly useful. Also being able to add that bird to your location. Lots of practical information to discover the beauty of birds!!

Love This App

Truly love this app. I love that the app tells me what birds are likely in my area. I also love the quizzes because it makes me feel like I’m increasing my bird knowledge through the features of this app! Next to quizzes are articles to increase knowledge of bird subjects. The app also can tell you what birds youre hearing or seeing. Even if you dont hear of see any you can look at the section of bird finder, and the field guide, which I personally love! There is also another feature that lets you log the birds you see or hear. I love this because when I cant get to my bird logging notebook this comes in handy!!

Amazing App!

I’m really enjoying it so far; it’s an amazing app to have while going for walks! I really enjoy the fact that I won’t have to just guess which bird I’m hearing or seeing anymore. It might just be because I'm new to all this, but it's amazing to realise how many different species of birds are flying around that you never knew were flying around you this whole time.

Pleasantly surprised

I purchased this app last year but didn’t use it. I’m only just exploring it now. I love it! I bird watch as much as I can right from my front garden. I would record sporadically but with this app I feel I’ll do it much more often.💕
