Deceptive App
This app defaults to auto charge your account monthly and is very difficult to find how to turn off once you realise you are being charged. We were charged for 2 years without ever using the service. Not always easy to find these type of charges when you have a large family with lots of monthly entries. Deceptive and misleading app. Be careful!Show lessSCMP81

Sg bikes is a deceitful, sleazy, and fraudulent company that cares more about tricking users into giving them a quick buck as opposed to making a working product, let alone a good one. Their “free trial” requires you to top up money to proceed— a scummy strategy that shows the company has no faith in their product to actually retain customers and hopes instead to make one off transactions from unknowing tourists. The camera to scan the QR code to unlock the bike is smooth and without issue, yet EVERY SINGLE TIME my friend and I tried to end trip, the camera would not focus. The only way we could end it was to provide feedback.
About the bike themselves, I’ve unlocked three so far, and two of them had loose chains.

Can’t use without a Singapore number…
Good idea to hire a bike but it seems the scheme is only open to locals who have a Singapore phone number to receive the OTP number 👎🏻Keith Donegan
Horrible App
Latest iOS, App is sluggish and the text is all over the place. Takes a very long time for the app to realise bike is locked and to make the parking scanner appear. Please fix asap.Last Arms
totally cheating app
Except that the bike can be borrowed when it is installed for the first time. Then on the east coast and various regions on the west coast, no available bike could be found according to the map of the app. It's either false information or it can't be unlocked and used. And the recharge is non-refundable!

Can’t Use
I tried to get a code to set up my account 4 times and nothing. I had no problem downloading the Anybike app and getting it to work.jensen2783
Unusual charge
I thought i just need to top up whenever i need a ride but it charges me $11.90 per month for nothing. And very hard to find a bike around the city.Vi.Dang
Scam and Confusing
Very low instructions and charges extra money when the bike was parked outside the green zone, when in fact it was in the green zone and in a designated parking spot next to other bikes. Very tricky to get around the app and do not recommend to anyone! I hope they resolve this problem as it has charged us an additional $40 for no reason, the bike may have glitches on the location but it was in the green zone and this needs to be fixed! The worst bike rental service ever
Almost all of the bikes are faulty.
And the premium ones do not even include baskets. So inconvenient.
Can’t contact the service line either when we were having trouble with the parking area.
