  • It’s a scam doesn’t work

    Terrible. Charge 10 and no bikes can be unlocked. Terrible. Avoid.

  • Rubbish

    The app is fine, the service isn’t. I spent 1/2 hour walking to 4 different locations where bikes were indicated. Nothing. Finally found 5th one at Ft Canning MTR, but it won’t unlock (“unlock timeout”).

    The bike itself looks dodgy.

    All this after I got local SIM so I can use the service (I have Hong Kong mobile but foreign numbers aren’t supported) and topped up $10.

    I will try to get my money back.

Sometimes bicycle locations may be inaccurate due to many reasons including bad GPS signal. A tip can be to check the parking areas!   • Lack of Geostations

    Turns out the bike stand we collected the bike from wasn’t a legitimate parking spot for the bike, and neither was there one remotely nearby, so when we tried to finish the ride at the bike stand we were informed we would be charged an additional $5.

    So that’s the reason why I’ll not be using his service again. I highly recommend increasing the density of permitted bike stands, and having a warning if you attempt to pick up a bike which isn’t in one in the first place.

  • So many problems. Don’t bother

    Where to start. Terrible onboarding experience. I usually use ofo, but no bikes were around. I see sgbikes around (I guess bc no one can actually rent them). I tried 3 bikes, and zero would work. The qr code doesn’t work, the app says enter 4 digit bike code, but bikes have 9 number codes with letters in them. There is no support or way to get help in the app. I see errors that pop up at random in Chinese. I can’t speak Chinese, but app is in English. The app breaks apples payment terms. I stupidly put my visa in, and charged 10 dollars. It should use Apple pay, but now I have no way of removing my saved card and have 10 in credit that I can never use bc the app doesn’t allow you to unlock bikes. App usability is terrible. Will do charge back on visa. Avoid.
