  • Over Promised, under delivering

    I’ve been using Vipon for several years and it is in a persistent decline. It is true there are many deals present, but more than half don’t pan out. Offers not active, discounts much less than promised, terms poorly described, merchandise list not on the store. Merchandise price extremely inflated. Pigeon english listings. The up-and-coming items have dwindled to just a few.

    Vipon will only accept one issue if reported and block anymore. If a comment is made, like inflated pricing that the listing service doesn’t like, or offer not being accepted, with screenshots showing the errors, they may just retire the post and put up a new one. Reaching out to vipon support is regularly ignored.

    It is true there are deals, but its a lot more work. I would suggest looking for a Vipon alternative.

  • Codes don’t work

    I had a list of a few of the items I wanted to apply coupon codes to receive the prices listed and not one of the codes worked. So I tried a second time just to see if maybe I had made a mistake and nothing. So, I guess what I am saying is I have discovered another scam.
    These scam apps should come with a warning that you should only sign up at your own risk and that the site or app is either bait and switch or false advertisement.
    It’s unfortunate that people are taken advantage by so many scam apps, web sites
    and other social platforms to take advantage of the people who use the computer as a resource for their needs.

    The VIPON platform provides discounts on Amazon products to its users. The platform consists of items posted by Amazon sellers from all over the world. Whenever a user requests a discount code, we remind them to use it promptly to avoid the code from expiring. You can leave a comment on the product details page if the code you want is invalid or has any problems, and the seller will handle it once they receive it. VIPON will help you test the product and contact the seller if you send detailed product links to support@myvipon.com.
  • Not able to create an account

    I would love to use the app but I can not. When I try to create an account it gives me an error message saying I have registered too many times, and in fact I have never used this app before.

    I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to register. Our system rules indicate that this prompt appears when an IP address is recognized as having registered too many times. If you haven't registered any accounts, try switching to a different network. If you still have questions, please contact support@myvipon.com for help.
  • App won’t open

    The app was one of my favorite coupon app. However, after the update, i can’t get it to open anymore. It loads then kicks me out of the app. I can’t contact support since it’ll redirect me and again, kick me out of the app.

  • Connection Error

    I have been trying to get access to the app and I just got a “ Network error” message. I have been using this app for a long time. I’m pretty sure is not a problem of internet or reception because my other apps are running and working. There is a message that says: the owner has banned my IP address. I’m really confused. This is my first time with an issue like this. Help

  • Used to love this app

    I absolutely used to love this app because I was able to get any deal I wanted and the coupon codes were always available for easy access and now for some reason when I tried to click on a coupon, it tells me “you are trying to often try again later“ and it never used to tell me that.
    I’m also a bit confused on why it’s telling me that I’m trying to often because I hadn’t gotten a coupon in a while and I see other people also having the same issue on the app

  • Error Error Error

    I tried my best to like this app after it bring recommended to me but i can’t even use it because i have to brush my e-mail, but it won’t even let me no matter how many times i try. I send a new email, nothing try to put in the new pin, nothing clicking on the link of the new emails,nothing. i can’t use the app without verification but i can’t even verify myself.

  • Crashes Upon Opening

    App stopped working about a year ago, just crashes upon opening. Used to work and was an excellent source of great savings. Please fix the crashing issue so I can use it again. Website is not as intuitive as the app was, and I do not enjoy using it.

    When I click on the app, it simply doesn’t open, it literally crashes immediately after the Home Screen shows

  • Loved when it used to work

    It’s been over 2 months and the app still doesn’t open. I still try to view on the website but I can’t sort by FBA or save to my favorites so it gets frustrating. If not updated in another month I’ll delete it.
  • Need to be fix

    I love this app I being using it for a year but is being 3 months that it won’t let me log in!! And now in the search is telling me I’m banned !! I don’t understand why ! What is happening I have found so many coupons here I wanted to get fix please help ! It says they banned me from using my vipon !! I don’t know what happened
