We aim to increase your satisfaction of working with RINA and to improve our efficiency toward the clients even more using our RINA Fast App. It is offers the following key advantages to you: • Request for availability notification and visit planning: you will automatically receive notifications about new opportunities and be able to confirm or decline directly from the app, receiving back a confirmation or not of the client approval for you to undertake the requested the visit • Additional communication tool: You will be able to directly chat with the coordinators from within the App without having to search for and wait for a reply (direct phone calls are always granted). • You will have access to all related visit documentation and be able to download it • Tracking planned visits - convenient and fully maintained up-to-date list of your visits on behalf of RINA. • Key contact details - Many different people are involved in our daily work and the App will provide you the right contact details for all key stakeholders, should you need to contact them • Assignment details - Never get confused or lose track of order details. The App will provide you with up-to-date access to all information in a simple-to-manage format • Submit flash reports - we are enabling you to submit flash reports at the end of your inspection day through the App. These reports consist of five simple yes/no questions describing the result of your inspection. • And more to come: uploading reports, Time and Expenses registration, visit planning and much more….
