A person who clearly don’t have a life
So on corner of Clinton & Sackett the there a person who call parking authority making false reports saying someone in there driveway should I sue clearly someone making money off this giving tickets to someone else
Hard to file a complaint
Takes forever for a complaint to upload. I’ve only gotten responses for parking issues. The noise & loitering complaints go unanswered & just remain open. It’s better than calling the non emergency line. It would be great if the complaint uploaded on the first attempt. It takes a half hour sometimes of trying. I have to turn my phone off & then restart it to get a complaint to file. Work on that glitch & then my only complaint would be w my city’s response time or lack thereof most of the time.

Garbage
It never works, nothing but 504 errors.

We have used multiple mobile devices and we still get error 504 when trying to submit anything.
It’s ok, responding time is slow
I have a consistent issue of people blocking my driveway on sip ave/Corbin ave. You can submit and issue but they show up 2-3 hours later. By that time the person had already moved their car. I would say 3/9 issues I submitted were done. And I would prefer them to tow the car too so I can get out of my driveway! Imagine you waking up and have to go to work.. but you can’t and I’m stuck calling out of work. Does not make sense and the ticket violation is only $54 (Offense: 39:4-138D - Blocking Driveway).. $54 fine is not equivalent to me missing a whole day of work! I rated 3/5 stars for the app because of the response time of the officers. I wish I can post pictures so I can show proofs

Unsupported app
This app is all but completely abandoned. The url for the developer’s website has been given up and purchased by a random spam provider. No updates to the app in years.
Every now and again the Jersey City government cuts a check to keep the backend running. It barely works, constantly returning base level http error codes. It’s embarrassing.

App needs work
I’ve given this Wots App only 2 stars because a lot of the time a problem is not resolved. On one occasion, the parking enforcement closed the issue of someone parked in my driveway and they never even showed up and I had to resubmit my complaint. Sometimes you may want to cancel your issue and the option to do so just magically disappears. This app could be so much better if they updated it more and fixed the bugs in it.

Don’t bother. Doesn’t work
This app is broken. I tried to submit a complaint several times, and the app freezes each time. Can’t attach a photo to a complaint, can’t submit a complaint. Just totally broken and useless
Location issues
It will not pick up or let me change to the correct address. I normally put the address in the comments because of this. Worked so well on Android but on Apple it’s horrible.
