App does not refresh
This app has worked each year prior to 2024 but I have had to delete and reinstall the app for almost every single football game to access my tickets because it won’t refresh so it can’t access them.

I tried to get help but unable to reach anyone in response to me paying for football season tickets, but can’t see them anywhere on the app. I haven’t been to a game since I thought you just canceled my season tickets. I’ve wasted my money for nothing. Please help!

The upper level is not clean! The seats have not been wiped down and the floor is sticky. Must be cutting expenses??
At the game experience
The app works 80% of the time. Promoted in the arena are the trivia contests. It never loads.
The lights work but the contest must NOT be important. Wonder if they gave the sponsor money back?

Never works
I rarely have the ability to transfer tickets. Is there any way to ask for help when I continue to get error messages asking me to try later?

A step backward
The schedule used to include what TV networks would carry each game, but that’s not in this year’s schedule. I had to go to a website to get that information. Also, it would be helpful if the schedule could display game times in the user’s time zone. ESPN’s website does that automatically.
So where can we watch the Game?
It would be so nice to select the Game and learn where to watch especially for the Fans that can’t afford or can’t travel the Games.
Elementary School Dropouts hired as IT’s for UK Athletic App???
This app has to be ran by the worst IT people on Planet Earth. Is there anything about this App that EVER works properly? The UK Athletics Website used to be a work of Art, but now it’s as bad as the App.
