App has not worked in months
App will not load anything just refreshes and then crashes. Hopefully this gets mitigated before season starts.
Manage tickets does not work
I have tried to manage my season e-tickets for basketball and have had nothing but problems. I’ve tried thru the iPhone app and Google Play app, safari, chrome and windows and none of them will allow me to download or transfer my tickets. I have to meet an IT guy outside the Rupp gate every game for him to fix it. You know it’s bad since you station IT guys outside of gates to fix it (at least fix game by game). Then, the same problem happens again the very next game. Frustrating! Fix it once and for all. As I have games I cannot attend and need to transfer them but you cannot fix that simple download/transfer feature so I will lose money.

Tickets won’t display
I downloaded this app because it was the only way to buy tickets for the high school football championship games. I had the barcodes displayed yesterday, and tried to send them to Apple wallet. That also didn’t work. I’ve already bought the tickets, and now the app won’t display the 2D barcodes, so I don’t know how I’m going to get in.

Men’s Basketball
No luck radio steaming several games this year. If you can’t handle volume of traffic, sell rights to tune-in radio. I would be happy to pay to for the games. This app is a joke and a huge disservice to the fans

It’s Hard to Listen to Games When THE AUDIO DOESNT WORK
Please fix this important function in the app. Two different smartphones in my household could not get audio for two different games, whether streaming via WiFi or on my cellular data plan. App is pretty much useless for following UK sports without it.
On Demand Audio
The on demand audio portion would be better if it didn’t even exist. It is pitiful. Embarrassing that a university refuses to put better technology on its athletics app

If I could somehow give negative stars I would give negative 5. The fact that I have to give it a star to submit this is an insult to democracy.
I can never find my tickets, the purchase process is extremely poor. If all you are interested in is a news feed there is likely a less frustrating way to get it. Honestly it makes me want to stop going to games to have to interface with this app to get my tickets. If this even were to cost a penny I would not buy it. A more direct functional navigator pane would be a great start. One button that says “tickets”. Under that heading add one button for “buy tickets” one button for “here’s your tickets” one button for “here’s what we didn’t tell you about the ticket purchasing process sucker”.
