Crying Grandmother
I was so excited to get the photo stick so I could use it exclusively for my new Grandson’s photo album. Never worked. It initially downloaded pictures but as I continued to add from time to time it malfunctioned along the way and has absolutely no photos on it and does nothing to add any. It was not user friendly as advertised and I had expert help in learning how to use it. Thought it was going to be easy and great as advertised. Still crying.Orange and White

STOP, turn, and run away from this product. DO NOT BOTHER TO PURCHASE! Ordered 3 PhotoSticks, one 64 GB PC, and 2 Mobiles for iPhones. Neither worked. The PC one failed to do anything altogether. While the Mobile Stick only downloaded 6 photos out of 1400+ on my iPhone. 5 of those photos were duplicates. Went to Online Support and Live Chat with a Tech. He had me re-format both the PC and Mobile Sticks. Then I had to reload the software into the Sticks from my PC that I had to first download. We went round and round. And a day and half with Tech Support, nothing changed. The two Sticks failed again the same way after all that trouble. After hours of giving it an honest go to try to make these things work, I’ve given up. I’m returning the products for a refund. They make you jump through hoops to return the product. Have to fill out a downloaded RMA form and go to their website for return instructions. It’ll probably be weeks before I see my money!
This is the second such product I’ve tried. The first one was called FlashDevice also advertised on FB. It also didn’t work at all finding only 1 photo out of the 1400+!TdWitte

This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had with purchasing something on-line. It is a total rip-off ...No Customer Support of any kind. They must literally be working inside of a PO Box! Ordered three items before Christmas and never received anything for 8 weeks....had to send certified letters and luckily, I paid via PayPal and they finally stepped in and demanded a refund for me. We were mailed the wrong application instead of a photo mobile which would work on Apple Products???? duh.....screwed up over and over. No one there has a name so you had to work talking to a ghost!!!
Ridiculous! If you are thinking about buying a “PhotoStick” ....turn and run jump in a lake do will wake up!

Does not work
Purchased the mobile and PC stick. It loads 5% of my pics and videos. I have tried multiple ways of backing up however results are the same. Don’t work. I was not able to find customer support number. Have requested assistance via their email support system however no feedback yet. I was really hoping this would work.
Received reply from help desk. They do not accept returns for electronic equipment once it’s been opened.1AZNK
Where is Support!?
I have written to Support 3 times - no response. The App seems defective since it does not have all parts when downloaded. Or, the stick is bad. One or the other. I paid over a hundred dollars for this item, and there is no help to be found. I have read and followed directions. I need to talk with someone about this. Awful App!!
Got this as a Christmas gift and like all the other one star reviews, it doesn’t work on my iPhone 7. Keeps timing out and it will not download any photos to the photo stick. Just keeps timing out. Last update to this app was 11 months ago!!!! Such a scam! Can’t believe Apple let’s them peddle their app in their App Store. What a joke!rungrn

I don’t know why people gave this a two star, I had no problems with this product . Saves space on my phone and did not have any problems downloading photos or movies off of my phone, great buy.Kjwebbo2
