What a joke
Got this as a Christmas gift, so excited. Have an iPhone 7. Couldn't get it to do anything. Tried for over an hour. Do not buy this item. Company should not offer a product they haven't perfected. We will be getting our money back. We were lucky enough to use PayPal.hi Jo Jo

I found the Photostick App and the stick itself to be VERY easy to use. Directions were easy to follow. I uploaded and transferred over 3964 photos and videos. It did take about 35 min to do the job - but it worked. It was simple. I am giving this product 5 stars. Definitely worth it. No issues at all whatsoever.Lynds Rae

Did not see all reviews until I received my photo stick and tried to download the app and I thought wow I’m screwed cause I’ve already bought it. However I plugged it into my iphone, followed the instructions that came with the stick and lo and behold it uploaded my photos on to my iphone8. I still had to check it on my pc to make sure the photos were on the photo stick...all the photos were on there so I can say that the photo stick(32gb) I bought works fine. If there are any issues it might pop up later but so far it works. Not disappointed at all with my purchase so I gave it 5 stars🤙🏼.Keymoz

I purchased The Photostick because you advertised it was easy to use. I downloaded the Photostick mobile app and put the Photostick into my iPhone. I clicked on Backup Files Now then Select to Backup. Then I selected Photos. Select All came up and Deselect All and Backup Items. Since no pictures came up to individually pick the next choice was Backup All. Backup Completed then came up with 0 files are backed up successfully. Fail! Want my money back! Bought 128GB so I could free up space on my iPhone. Big Fail! So much for easy! Where is Support? Emailed but when checked a couple days later message was still working on problem. And need to be member of a Website not Photostick! Suspicious! Should have paid more attention to review!! Fix my Photostick or give me a refund now!!!anothertaxpayer
