App doesn’t work and now my expense alarm clock won’t
Don’t buy anything from iHome, quite the scam. Had to update our router etc. which changed our WIFI password. Went to update in the app and lo and behold it wouldn’t work. So, I removed the app and downloaded it again and now I cannot login or re-connect my alarm clock. Now I have an unused appliance just sitting on my nightstand awaiting trash day.Show lessWas good when it worked
Like other reviewers have stated,the app no longer works. I contacted iHome about this some time ago and they said they’d look into it. No change thus far. It can’t be that difficult for someone in the IT department to go in there and fix it can it? I realize the clock is no longer sold but at least keep the app functional for those of us that still own it. Otherwise,a $150 alarm clock is reduced to nothing more than a basic clock. Doesn’t have the correct time and is the biggest pain to connect and set up. I’ve been trying to fix it for the past 3 months. Basically just a waste of space on my nightstand.
