  • Trash - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    I’ve been trying to play this game for 3 weeks and I can’t get anything done unless I pay for materials which they don’t give you a lot . Then I e been getting attacked and can’t actually do anything about it because the game crashes so much . Then ontop of that when I follow the instructions on how to fix the game ( and I did EVERYTHING including delete and reinstall, click repair game on the game etc ) I get NOWHERE. Still the same problem so honestly JUST DONT DO IT. There’s too many bugs and you have to spend way too much money to get anywhere.

  • Lost interest after a week - impossible to earn gold coins

    This game would be much better if it was more possible to earn gold coins to keep the momentum going.
    A lot of the time the rewards you earn are not given to you. Ie: gold earned in an achievement is never appended to your account. This happens constantly and players end up purchasing resources because contacting the deverloper is a time wasted nightmare.

    I kept playing, several tournaments to keep the momentum going…. It’s a bit expensive to play but better than others. I would suggest that as captains level up and the cost of building goes up that the amount of gold earned in quests also increase accordingly.

  • It’s fun!

    So thank you for making me math! Lol. I wish once you first get to your city there was more explanation. It was push this, then that other thing, then that other thing. I would have like an intro of the icons and what they do. now that I sort of know how the game works I’d like to start over.
    I tried to search in the rules or how to do things but I did not find it helpful. My last go at something close to this is Pirates and Zeus so probably not used to how basic things in games work anymore.
    A little more world building in the front would be helpful I enjoyed it until I ran out of things and then didn’t understand how to get more. I’m sure I’ll get back to it because it is fun.

  • Not skill based

    This game does not reward skill, but rather prioritizes the offline time elapsed and the money spent.

    In response to the developer comment:
    > When starting a round, if the player does not have the satisfactory minimum number of units to win even if they hit all multipliers correctly, this may as well be a bug.
    > Due to the above, it should be impossible to start a round without first having the minimum number of units possible to succeed.
    > To make this skill based rather than pay to win, the starting unit count should never matter as long as the player plays perfectly.
    > Whatever monetization you wish to use should rather have the bonus rewards affected/have extra units to forgive mistakes and not be the determining factor for whether the level can be completed or not.

  • Takes your money, no support!

    I spent hundreds of dollars on game packs and was forced to start over again after a “maintenance”. Then after a week of waiting for support I was miraculously sent back where I was, though with my hundreds of dollars of game packs was expired and missing, and my entire army was dead, forcing me to either spend more money or quit. The support then offered me an insulting package worth about a dollar, then refused to respond to me at all for the past week. After chatting with others I found this was a systemic problem. They take hundreds of dollars m, then offer you nothing if there are problems, and there always are. This game is buggy, expensive, and support is non existent. stay away.

  • Lost everything after upgrade…sucks

    I was playing for over a month now and all of a sudden lost everything after the upgrade..can’t start from scratch…such minor things really forced me to uninstall the game now.

    Even though got a response from developer but it was just generic that issue fixed but when I start the game it begins from scratch everytime. Even if the games in not linked to an email or Facebook but the device installation is something which should NOT restart after any upgrade.

  • Glitches

    PLEASE FIX GLITCHES!!!
    I love playing this game but there are so many glitches especially on chat! I wish instead of focusing on developing new things for the game they would fix what’s there first!
    I understand it takes time but fixing issues should be a priority and quickly resolved!
  • Good Game with some glitches

    This game is a good game but it does have its flaws with some glitches. I have opened a portal once and teleported my city to that location during COT. I was attacked and lost a lot of troops. I reported this to support a week or so ago and I still haven’t heard back from them. I bought a package to revive my troops due to this issue. I was seeking fair compensation but still no answer. I also bought a packaged once and didn’t get all my stuff right away. Support really needs to up their game to respond. Other then that is a good game very similar to Game of Thrones.

  • Game is fun. Support is problematic.

    I found this game when I was looking for something to play that didn’t require large chunks of time to play. I no longer have the ability to invest three or four hours to one raid. I am happy that there are multiple facets. Battles, crafting. Resource collecting. Story and mini games. Though I had hoped the mini games would continue. I seem to be at a standstill on that front having completed the floating palace mini game and to a more levels coming soon on the crypt mini game.

    My problem is the delayed response on support tickets. I put my first contact in over a week ago about a charge discrepancy in the package I purchased and the amount that appears as I paid. The reality this is a came that requires some additional purchases and as someone who has paid gaming subscriptions for over twenty years I expect to pay in reason. But I also expect these changes to be correct.

    At this point I would greatly appreciate my ticket to be addressed and either the charges corrected or packages add to my account to compensate for the difference.
