  • Horrible

This ap is horrible. They “updated” it, but it is so much worse. It is very hard to use and time consuming to try and find which challenges you are participating in.
  • Does not count steps

Constantly turns of the step import from the Apple health app, even though it is enabled in settings
  • Sync Issues Galore

This app has so many issues syncing, specifically to Garmin Connect. I am an Ironman Triathlete who has a coach, requiring me to upload data and sync my watch with Garmin Connect daily (at minimum). This app constantly has gaps in my sync data and every quarter I must download the data to Garmin Connect, send it to GHC, in order to get my top tier payout for my Wellness reimbursement. It’s so much unnecessary work. So many of my employees have given up even trying.

  • Awful app. Rarely works.

Figures my terrible health insurance would use this app. Rarely works. Hard to navigate. Someone please figure this out
  • No one would use this of it wasn’t part of their health insurance

This app is terrible. It desperately needs serious developer attention. It’s so out of date in it’s look and it barely functions. No one would choose to use this app if their health insurance didn’t provide an incentive.
  • Unable to sync

Unable to sync exercise tracker with Apple watch. Worked fine before the update
  • Terrible app

This is the worst app I have on my phone. I can’t find anything. I have trouble navigating. I work in health IT and am the person people go to when they’re having issues. But this app leaves me completely flummoxed. I only use it to try to squeeze a little reimbursement from my payer but it’s discouraging every time I try to do anything.

I would give it one more star if it integrated with Withings BP cuffs.

  • Worse than Windows 98

This app functions so poorly that the only reason I see it existing is to push people away from getting any reimbursement toward their insurance. This app works like a relic from yesterday. It is slow, unresponsive, and the definition of user-unfriendly. How this app was rolled out to society in this day and age is a curiosity.

  • Decent idea but doesn’t work well

I completed a health assessment on the app and was informed that my blood pressure of 110/80 was “extremely high” and put me at health risk. No idea who programmed this but it’s frustrating that I can’t even change or edit this and it continues to alert me that I need to lower my blood pressure.

My sleep also doesn’t seem to sync accurately from my iPhone. According to my iPhone, I sleep 6-8 hours per night but ManageWell shows that I am only getting 1-3 hours per night. I have to manually change the hours every day.

I wish BMI also considered body type before alerting you to weight issues. I certainly have no weight issues and every doctor I’ve seen confirms this but ManageWell insists that I am underweight and need to talk with a doctor about gaining weight (again, this is a non-issue due to my genetics and body type).

Overall, a rather frustrating app. I use it to receive discounted insurance through work but definitely wouldn’t use it if I weren’t provided incentive to do so.

  • Not working

I have downloaded the app. I have the option within my App Store to “open” but when I click on it, it tries to open and goes blank and goes away. When you download an app on your phone an icon shows up also. There is no icon in my phone anywhere. Anyone have suggestions?? Very disappointed
