Having problems logging-in. Requested to reset password multiple times but didn’t received any email. Checked to make sure it’s not in the junk mail. Emailed customer service and no response either. Waste of time.LloydRN

What the heck people! Can’t even open the app it crashes as soon as you click it. This is freaking detrimental for my work! They will literally rape me for my insurance which is already garbage if I’m not able to use this app! Get it together you had 1 job ONE!489powwow
Not user friendly
App does not load very well and is not user friendly. Could use an update that provides a “back” button so you don’t have to navigate from the beginning of the app to what you were looking at previously. Also, as of the latest update, I cannot even open the app (it crashes immediately). This is a problem with multiple users, not just myself.Show lessamkitchen93
Unable to sync
I have an Apple Watch and I can not sync the app to my phone at all. Ive tried several times without success. I flip the toggle to turn it on then I hit sync and nothing happens. If I hit done it turns off the sharing feature off.Mrsmac1908

After the recent redesign, the buttons were moved to the bottom of the screen and are now covered by the home indicator.Chrisblackstone
