Does not connect to device
I followed the instructions, but the app will not connect to the device. My wifi is working fine. Based on what I’ve read, many people have this issue. Please fix it!kkorrodi

Waste of “smart” money
I paid extra to buy the smart cooler which connects to Alexa via an app. No matter what I try, I can’t get the app to connect to my device…so in essence, I wasted the extra money buying the smart device.El matador!
Very good machine and App
It was a little difficult to sync the app and machine with my wi-if but once done it works a treat

Useless piece of junk. The App is an embarrassing failure. Never consider any of your products again. Will feel great when I take a sledge hammer to this ridiculous attempt at a mini swamp cooler. Get some real developers or discontinue the stupid app.ratheruseafan

Needs work but functional
Giving a 3 to be nice (2.5 would be more accurate). The ability to adjust this item remotely is nice but the app is still a little buggy. For example, it seems I have to sync the cooler up again as I get a lot of error (API) messages.Mec Review
